i have enough reading to keep me occupied for the next couple of hours, and i don't want to fall behind too fast this semester, so i'm going to keep this short.
today was very cold. i'm still alive, though. i finished my project at oocs today, and i even organized my japanese stuff. thank goodness i still have all of the stuff from last semester. actually, i'm quite surprised that i do have everything....cool.
i checked my mail today and discovered that i had a package. i thought it was the candies and such, but it was a christmas present from mike. cool. it was really nice of him to send me a christmas gift. definitely didn't expect one. thanks dude.
tonight, i went out to dinner with some of the brute squad: nancy, chrissy, kathy, mina, greg, and i ate dinner at rangzen, a tibetan restaurant in central square. the food was good and the atmosphere was....quiet. but i got to catch up with some of the mit crew before they went to practice. it's always an interesting time with them, but it's also a lot of fun. i do miss brute squad. hopefully we'll get together sometime this semester before the college series kicks in. we'll see.
i returned from cambridge and proceeded to print up the readings for my history class that are on our course website. i have a lot of reading to do. so i better get to it.
time for tea and media law and ethics.
